My Life in Kirkland

Coming from Bellevue and calling Kirkland home since 1992, my wife and I raised our family here and have strong ties to the community.  Both our kids were born at Evergreen Hospital; both went to Peter Kirk Elementary, Kirkland Middle School and Lake Washington High School; both were recognized as National Merit Scholars; both went on to graduate from UW; and, both are now working in Seattle as developers.

I've been a Kirkland home sales specialist since 2000 and I know that a Kirkland home search can be enjoyable and rewarding.  Explore Kirkland and it may seem like everyone wants to live here.  Buyers compete fiercely for the prime properties.  But for me, Kirkland is my hometown - a small town rich in complex relationships among neighbors.

What Home Sellers Can Expect From Me

I'm committed to proactively representing home sellers through competitive pricing, global multimedia marketing, seasoned negotiation and facilitation of closing. Because no home is an island, each home's value is influenced by micro (lot size, siting, orientation, condition of neighboring homes) and macro (desirability of schools, crime rates, walkability) externalities.  Statistical quantification of these influences has limited meaningfulness for buyers.  Buyers seek to understand how living in one particular area, vs another particular area, will impact their daily life.  I can help potential buyers get a fuller picture of what their daily life might look like when they purchase your Kirkland home.

What Home Buyers Can Expect From Me

Home buyers can rely on my network of professionals; my extensive knowledge of Eastside neighborhoods; my use of the latest real estate technology for home searches, notifications and data analysis; and my strength as a negotiator.  I'd like to help maximize the efficiency of your home search to find the best Kirkland home for you.  Let me help you search Kirkland homes, navigate social intangibles, and win the Kirkland home of your choosing.

Part of a Bigger Picture

Kirkland is a textured and welcoming community with economic and cultural connections that span the globe. I enjoy marketing globally, meeting new people and serving an international clientele.  I believe that it pays to invest in relationships, and in Real Estate.  Having successfully represented sellers and buyers of homes, condos, short plats and subdivisions in Kirkland, I would appreciate the opportunity to earn and keep your trust.
